Luxury Two bedroom apartment set in the peaceful area of Ovacik. The apartment is set in an exclusive small complex of only 14 apartments with large pool and children's pool. The air conditioned apartment is set on two levels with the living accommodation on the first floor which then leads down to the ground floor where you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The apartment can comfortably sleep 4-6 people. Off the living area there is a corner balcony which has views across Ovacik. A patio table and four chairs can be found on the balcony where you can benefit from the late afternoon and evening sunset while sipping on gin and tonic. The main bedroom downstairs has the added benefit of a private terrace where you will also find a table and chairs. The apartment is also equiped with a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with DVD player, satellite TV, HiFi system. All linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• When booking, a refundable security deposit of £150.00 must be paid which is against any loss/damage or breakages. This will be refunded in full once an inventory has been taken after your departure. The apartment is no smoking but is permitted on the balcony or terrace where an ash tray is provided.
  Bookings will not be accepted for all male or female parties.
  
• A separate charge of £25.00 per week will be made for use of the air conditioning. This will be paid locally and can be arranged prior to travel.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Turkey

Ovacik/Hisaronu Area

There are many shops in Hisaronu offering a wide variety of goods including handcrafted tableware, fake designer clothing, pictures, leather bags, glassware and Turkish delight. There are also an abundance of jewellery shops which are much cheaper than the UK. There is a market on a Monday where you can haggle for those designer clothes, shoes and bags. There is also a much larger market on a Tuesday in the nearby town of Fethiye and after all that shopping you can enjoy a leisurely lunch at the harbour side or Marina.
