The villa as three large bedrooms, two of which share a SPACIOUS sun balcony which has a part shaded area with stunning views of the deep blue med, perfect to while away the afternoons sunbathing on the sunbeds. Whilst the third bedroom is on the ground floor which leads out onto the covered terrace which leads to the private pool, perfect for those midnight swims!! The villa is located between the picturesque village of Peyia with its many local tavernas & restaurants, ancient church and shopping facilities - and - the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay with shopping and a choice of restaurants, bars and clubs for all ages. Close to the fantastic Akamas Peninsula games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for to explore.

  • Minimum stay 4 days, extra charge of £60 for less than four days stay.
    there is a localy paid end of rental cleaning/laundry charge of 100 euros, this is to be paid to our cleaner with in the first few days of arrival
    a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking , with balance payable 8 weeks prior to travel .
  • Flexible start days, villa available from 4pm, vacation by 10 am to allow cleaner to carry out their job, if you wish to stay longer you may have to pay for an extra day especially in the busy summer period, but please ask we are flexible.
  • A simple welcome pack is included in the rental, if you require anything extra this can be supplied by the cleaner, just pay them direct on arrival.

The Villa is in an excellent location, on arrival it was found to be very clean with a welcome pack of tea, coffe and cereals.
The pool was regularly serviced and cleaned during our stay and has the sun on it throughout the day.
The villa was good value for money, however we found eating out could be expensive mainly because of the poor exchange rate.
It was very peaceful and quiet, probably because the children had gone back to school !
We hired a car for a reasonable price and all paking is free, even by the beach.
All facilities are close, shops, restaurants, beaches and of course interesting places of historical interest.
Finally the holiday was restful and relaxing which of course is the whole purpose before returning back to work ..........which is where I am now ..the dream is over...for now !!
