A captivating Mediterranean style villa situated approx. 750 metres from the beach, town centre and yacht club. Surrounded by many open and covered terraces at the front with landscaped gardens to the rear. The property has excellent views over the town and its natural surroundings. The ground floor comprises a spacious lounge, kitchen / dining room, TV room and shower room. All rooms have access to the terraces, outside dining area and heated swimming pool. The first floor boasts two en suite double bedrooms, a further double bedroom and twin bedroom, which share a complete bathroom. All bedrooms have a terrace. There is also a utility room on this level with washer and dryer. Steps lead down to an ample sized heated swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. An exquisite accommodation that sleeps eight in an excellent location. Heated swimming pool on request (150 Euros) extra per week.

  • To confirm the booking, the 30% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish company account or by credit card, with a 3% supplement on card´s charge.
    As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card debit authorisation is required for the amount of 2.000 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused in the property.
    Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
