This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment is air conditioned and very spacious as it was originally a three bedroom property. The property is 5 years old with no building activity in the area. The apartment benefits from a large sunny private garden, terrace 50 sq mts along with an underground parking space, access by elevator. There is an alarm system for added security. It is located on one of the best developments on the Costa and has spacious, well maintained tropical gardens, water feature and wildlife. There are several swimming pools complete with sunbeds and showers. Within walking distance, are local shops and several restaurants. Santa Maria golf and country club attached to this complex offers an excellent 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and two bowling greens where equipment maybe hired and professional tuition available. The uniqueness of this beautiful apartment is that it was specially designed by the disabled owner which meets the needs of all disabled clients

El Manantial de Santa Maria is located on one of the best developments on the Costa and has spacious, well maintained tropical gardens, water feature and wildlife. There are several swimming pools complete with sunbeds and showers. The nearest pool to the apartment has easy access with steps leading into the pool with a handrail for support. Elviria is more or less completely self contained and offers a choice of major supermarkets, banks, various resort hotels like the Marriott. Two main centres, CC Elviria and CC Pino Golf, offer a number and variety of shops, bars and restaurants.Other needs can be met by Marbella which is 10 minutes away.. Santa Maria Golf is situated in Elviria, and is regarded as one of the best and most attractive golf courses and golf developments on the coast. Amenities include the 19th century clubhouse with lounges and snooker room, '19th hole' restaurant overlooking golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts & lawn bowls club on premises.

The Costa Del Sol: The Costa Del Sol enjoys an excellent micro climate with over 320 sunny days a year. It makes this area a favourite holiday destination of many Europeans. Summers are not too hot and in wintertime, temperature can easily reach 20º. The Costa del Sol combines idyllic beaches with exciting day trips, sleepy white villages and impressive mountains. Marbella's marina, Puerto Banus, is an interesting place to visit with it's vast variety of restaurants. Sierra Nevada, a winter sports haven, is only a two hour drive. By all accounts Elviria has always been extremely green with trees and flora everywhere. It's not until you take a drive around that you realise just how beautiful it is. Thanks to its versatility, it's becoming an increasingly popular destination with families. Very close to the beach, so getting down to the shore is not a problem and, when you do, you can enjoy the best beach on the coast with plenty of chiringuitos, beach bars to keep you happy and enjoy a sangria or two.

The local area: Santa Maria Golf & country club are right on the doorstep,good for a lunch snack, and facilities like tennis, lawn bowls etc.are available. For non-golfers, it is not difficult to create a 2/3 weeks' programme of various activities. The beautiful sandy beaches invite you to be lazy, relaxed and enjoy the endless view of the ocean with passing yachts and other water related activities. The shopping facilities in Marbella are numerous and the 'Old Town' of Marbella is worth a visit. Culinaary performances are from a high quality. Within 1 hour's drive you are in the centre of Malaga where you should visit the Picasso Museum and the impressive renaissance style built cathedral. Don't forget to visit the Alcazaba. Ronda (Sierra de Ronda) with the oldest bullring in Spain and a bridge over the 200m deep Tajo cleft is worth seeing. White villages found throughout the Sierra's wil leave an unforgettable impression. Find a Venta in one of these villages and enjoy the food and Spanish ambience.
