This modern self catering villa in a quiet area of Estepona is only a ten minute walk from the local beach. It benefits from private swimming pool and pretty private gardens, off road parking for two or three cars and all mod cons. Two double bed rooms and two twin bedrooms make it an ideal location for a large family or two families travelling together. Inside there is SKY television, breakfast room, fully equipped ultra modern kitchen and three bathrooms/shower rooms. The ground floor bedrooms mean it would be ideal for those who have difficulty in walking. This villa becomes booked early for summer, so we recommend you enquire straight away!

This lovely modern villa is located only ten minutes from the local beach and the Gran Alba ***** hotel. It is located in the quality and well kept urbanisation of Don Pedro. The villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. The centre of Estepona town with its restaurants, bars and pretty streets is only a 10 minute drive (or taxi ride) away and this makes this an ideal location to stay.

    At cot and high chair can be hired for EURO 50.00 per week.
  • To secure the property, a deposit of 30% is required within a week of booking. The balance is payable in cash on arrival or six weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
  • Please note that there is some building work happening near the property. Whilst this is only viable from the upstairs terrace there is a little bit of noise. Whist we do not believe this will interfere with your holiday, we have reduced the rental prices to reflect this.

iv just come back from 2wks in this fab spacious villa........it is realy well equipt pool and outside areas fab for the kids...............loved the area but you realy need to drive to get to the port area etc.........estepona is not a party place its abit more upmarket and a little more expensive than alot of other resorts in spain...................altho we had a fab holiday.................

We stayed here with our elderly parents and had a lovely week (although it wasn't long enough!) The villa itself was great - well laid out, very clean and extremely spacious. Great views from the balcony and we loved the pool and garden. Bit quiet if you are looking for local bars or restaurants - you will need to drive or get a taxi, but great if you want to get away from it all.
