Over 20 golf courses local. 15 min to beach and airport. English TV. On site supermarket, various bars and restaurants all easy walking distance of apartment. Part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail. Central Heating and double glazing for winter months. Flexible for short rentals. A perfect base for all that Murcia has to offer from beaches to shopping to golf to sightseeing. Free shuttle bus to other golf resorts available. Welcome pack option if requested. Two bedrooms with lounge sofa bed for extra guests. Balcony furniture for those warm evenings. Only 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 15 minutes to the beach, this bright clean apartment is also ideally situated to enjoy the Polaris World luxury lifestyle. Golf Charges: Golf on Polaris resorts is around 50 to 65 Euros per round with club hire from 15 euros per set. Polaris do have good deals including lunch or dinner at times which makes it even cheaper. Prices on food and drink in the resort are very reasonable. Driving range balls from just 1 euro per bucket. Courses are very nice. Challenging, but give you a chance to play if you're not Tiger Woods.

Beaches and Shopping: An easy 15-20 minute drive takes you to several beaches. The Dos Mares indoor shopping centre is also 15 minutes away, and this is open till 10.00 pm seven days a week. The Nueva Condominia Shopping centre near Murcia can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. This is one of the largest shopping centres in Spain with lots of free parking and lots of bargains. There's even a Primark !!!!

Eating and Drinking: La torre has enough eating and drinking options such that you don't need to leave the development if you don't want to. However, Roldan (a 5 minute drive away) is worth a visit for other eateries and there is a curry house on the way to Roldan so you don't miss out on your home comforts. In la torre there is the large and very pleasant Pinos Bar, as well as the wood house golf bar and the Irish bar. You can also just have a glass of wine in the tapas bar on site if you don't wish to eat. 15 minutes away at the coast are another range of options. There is also a bowling alley (very Spanish one), near the curry house.

Great Time had by all.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment, it was like a home from home, it was clean in easy reach of the shops and night life which for us was very important with two teenaged girls to entertain.
The complex it self is of a very high standard and has something for all the family.
We would love to go back there some time in the future.

The apartment was clean, spacious and the balcony was private. It had a DVD player and satellite TV. It was overlooking 2 swimming pools and 2 golf fairways. It was close to the town centre which meant you did not have to walk far for a restaurant or a pub. There was a childrens playground nearby. The location was ideal being 20 mins from a major city and 15 mins from the airport and several beaches. I woul recommend this apartment for both golfers and families

The Apartment had everything that was needed for our holiday including a DVD player & sky channels, which impressed my young son.
Nice views from the balcony which overlooking the 2 swimming pools.
Nice short walk to the local clubhouse & restaurants, even had a little park opposite for young kids.
Great communication with Gary.
Looking forward to returning next year...

We were a family of four, two Kids aged 5 & 9. Stayed for 2 weeks. It was excellent. Apt. was fantastic. Very good location. A very relaxing holiday. No fuss.

The apartment was ideally situated in the resort with lovely views over the pools and the golf course. Inside the apartment was well equiped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Gary is very helpful and I would recommend the apartment and the resort to anyone.
