This four bedroom holiday villa is nicely furnished and well equipped. Superb sea views. Nice garden area with synthetic lawned area surrounded by garden plants. Covered alfresco dining area, swing garden seats. Plentiful sun loungers and parasols. Everything one could need for a relaxing holiday around the pool.. Good sized private pool heated in winter months /pool cover. Kitchen water filter system for drinking. Safe. Security grills on windows. Quality furnishings. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Callao Salvaje and the ocean. Quiet cul de sac road with roadside parking directly outside villa. TV with English channels, DVD player. BBQ and covered outside dining area for al fresco dining and watching the sunset over the ocean. Villa has studio apartment in the grounds available for guests comprising shower room/ WC/ wash hand basin, Double Bed and sofa which can be used as sofa bed and kitchen facilities.

Callao Salvaje is ideally situated for visiting all areas of Tenerife. A small coastal village resort with natural beach cove and shops and good restaurants all facing ocean front, and four banks. Tennis courts. Gymnasium . Frequent public bus transport and readily available taxis. Numerous bars some with entertainment. Six supermarkets. 10 minutes drive the prestigious golf courses of Abama and Adeje golf. 10 minutes drive to the fishing village of La Caleta with its numerous fish restaurants. Ideally placed for excursions to the popular Eagle and Animal Park and the water and dolphin park, and many places of interest. With a planned December opening only 10 minutes drive away from the new spectacular Siam Park.

  • For most of the year the weekly rental is 1200 pounds sterling. Rental price increases in some periods to 1400 pounds per week and price for Christmas and New Year period should be requested. If one bedroom apartment utilized then extra 200 pounds needs to be added to rental price damage bond of 450 pounds sterling which is refundable will be requested for this villa. 20% deposit is required on booking and balance payable two months before departure date.
