Magnificent top floor, 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views over Lagos, beach & sea. Furnished to a high standard and is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Large living room with sofa and dining area. TV with German,English, Dutch & Portuguese channels. DVD and audio system. Two private terraces with table and chairs. One overlooks historical Lagos, beach, sea, the pool area and garden. Large communal area with sun loungers, pool and garden. The apartment has got air-conditioning! We can arrange on request an unlimited wireless WIFI connection for your laptop, phone or iPad. Private parking space in the underground garage. Host service will complete your perfect holiday.

The apartment is located next to the historical town, Lagos. Within one walking minute you pass the old city wall and you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 10 walking minutes away, this walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. To the beautiful marina it is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 15 minutes. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts. Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged at low prices. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos.

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. The project includes a karting track. The circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Gas is during December, January, February and March at cost price. Water, electricity & end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 40 euros cleaning costs.
    Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age!

We can pick you up from Faro airport in a spacious air-conditioned MPV for a very reasonable price of 90 euros one way maximum 4 persons.

Welcome package:

For your convenience we can arrange you a welcome package. This package includes red wine, cold white wine, beers and soft drinks, crisps, bread, tea, coffee and much more. The price for this package is 35 euros.

High chair & baby cot for rent::

For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 30 euros for each week or part of an week. This includes linen and extra towels. Please order in advance.

Internet:

We can arrange on request an unlimited wireless WIFI connection for your laptop, phone or iPad. The cost price for the WIFI connection is 30 Euro for each week or part of a week.

Golf:

There are within 2 km of the apartment two beautiful 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea. (Palmares & Boavista).

Perfect Holiday x

This was a perfect location with superb accomadation. We recieved an excellent welcome from the host, which provided us with all the information we needed to know. The beaches and town are great with many things to do. We especially enjoyed the boat trip from the harbour to see the dolphins. The pool is a great facility for those lazy days!!! Hope to visit again very soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Hi Jan-Eric,

Youe apartment is fantastic, plenty of space and the pictures do not do it justice especially the views across to Mia Pria, brilliant!!. Lagos is a wonderful place to go at any age, the Portuguese are so welcoming and friendly we all had a supurb time and thanks to our host Jeff who was his normal very helpful self it all added up to a unforgetable holiday, we will definately be back next year. Thanks again, Pete & Jayne
