GUEST HOUSES 1 & 2, fine examples of Cretan rural architecture, were renovated and transformed into holiday rentals offering all comforts of a modern property. They are located at the center of LISTAROS village and for their renovation basic construction materials-wood and stone-were used. The original plain cubic form of their architecture was maintained in order to preserve the “character” of a typical cottage of the broader region and of the village. At the same time, a lot of attention was paid so as to equip the houses with all comforts that meet the high standards of a modern accommodation. LISTAROS village with impressive architecture and untouched natural scenery motivated the founders’ to try to promote a traditional and definitely alternative way of traveling and discovering the unexplored part of Crete.

A comfortable guest house that houses up to 5 persons and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large area with sitting room, kitchen, fireplace, a balcony on the first floor and a 40 square meters courtyard. It is equipped with air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV, Sony sound system, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 4ring stove with oven, micro wave, dishwasher, boiler and coffee maker, as well as all necessary cutlery. It also offers safe, iron and iron board, hair dryer, magnifying mirror and a socket for shaving machines in the bathrooms. Balcony offer magnificent view to the Libyan sea and the Idi Mountains.

It is located at the exit of Listaros village and on the way to Odigitrias Monastery, Agiofarago and Kali Limenes. It offers a wide variety of Cretan and Greek appetizers, main dishes, and sweets using ingredients from the local farmers. Guests have the chance to enjoy their snack or meal, while “having a taste” of the famous Greek hospitality and enjoying a spectacular and idyllic view.
