THE VILLA IS LOCATED IS A SAFE COMMUNITY CALLED CREEKWOOD, AND BY ACCESSING THE INTERSTATE YOU ARE ABLE TO REACH ALL AREAS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL COASTLINE. THE VILLA IS VERY SPACIOUS, AND IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS. THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS, AND THE HOUSE PLAN IS CALLED SPLIT PLAN WHICH MEANS THE BEDROOMS ARE LOCATED ON BOTH ENDS OF THE MAIN LIVING AREA WHICH GIVES PRIVACY.. THE VILLA IS AIR CONDITIONED WITH ADDITIONAL CEILING FANS IN EVERY ROOM. THE KITCHEN IS COMPLETELY EQUIPPED INCLUDING REFRIGERATOR WITH ICE MAKER, COOKER AND MICROWAVE. THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM OVERLOOKS THE SCREENED POOL AREA, WHICH HAS SUNBEDS, TABLE AND CHAIRS. WE HAVE A GAS BBQ FOR YOU TO USE, WHILST WATCHING THE AMAZING SUNSETS. THE BEACHES ALONG THIS COAST WITH ITS FLOUR LIKE SAND ARE SOME OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD. AS YOU ARE ON THE GULF OF MEXICO THE BEACH SLOPES GRADUALLY AND ARE VERY SAFE FOR CHILDREN QUITE OFTEN DOLPHINS AND MANATEES CAN BE SEEN SWIMMING JUST YARDS FROM THE SHORELINE.. WE PROVIDE TOWELS, CHAIRS, COOL BOX TOGETHER WITH BUCKET AND SPADES FOR THE BEACH. AS WELL AS THE POOL AT THE VILLA, YOU ALSO HAVE FREE USE OF THE LARGE COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS COURTS, AND BASKET BALL NET CLOSE BY THE VILLA. THERE ARE MANY RESTUARANTS NEARBY (WITHIN 2 MINS DRIVE) TO INCLUDE CHINESE, MEXICAN. The Property was just great. Large and Ideal for a family. I miss the garage!! And I want one just like it!! I hired a jeep and still could have got my own car in there. Both Martyn & Sara who own this house were just fantastic and whole process easy.

You do need a car in this area to travel to beach, lots of choices but approx, 30 min drive to anywhere. The bonus here is house very close to I-75, so can go south to Miami or north to Orlando really easy. Roads are so easy, but watch the rain in season and police everywhere, so watch your speed! We went into Tampa direct from LGW, this turned out very expensive and should have gone to Orlando from LHR "Cheaper" and only 80 miles with an easy drive! Petrol very cheap in US still, I had a 5.7 jeep and $45 to fill up! Restaurants were very good. You have to go the the Outback for a steak you will never find one like again. Up market ones- the Drydock on Longboat key "what a setting" No real dislikes other than the weather in August was bit dodge some days but still hot, high 90's . I know someone who is out there now for 5 weeks and in 80s with un-broken sunshine! You have just got to go!!

We spent 2 weeks in Martyn and Sara's villa in Bradenton and we had a wonderful time. The house has everything to make you feel at home and is very comfortable.
The location is great as you can drive easily to Sarasota, Ellenton (outlet store), St Pete or Tampa. And our favorite beach in Anna Maria is only 25 min away.. :). All the facilities are also close by which makes it very easy too.
We appreciated the tennis court and the communal pool right across the street and were pleased to find everthing at the villa to make our stay at the beach fun and easy.
We will certainly recommand it to our friends and hope to be back soon again ! :)
