A fully air conditioned apartment near the chic port of Puerto Banus in the heart of Golf Valley. Located in a tranquil setting on a gated complex with security entry, a 30m adult pool and shallow children's pool with lifeguard. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large terrace overlooks the pools and has mountain views. Fully furnished including fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. The terrace includes sofa and chairs, a dining table, 5 sunbeds, barbeque and table tennis table. Satellite TV, safe, a games compendium and mini library are available. The fitted master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a king size bed which can be converted into 2 singles. Doors lead on to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two singles also with doors to terrace. The beach is a 15 minute walk with the restaurants of Puerto Banus and Neuva Andalucia close by. Tennis and paddle courts are close to the apartment. Forty five minutes to Malaga Airport. One hour from Gibraltar.

Puerto Banus is located 10 minutes from the heart of Marbella and 5 minutes from the emerging resort of San Pedro. The famous port has glitzy bars, clubs and restaurants. The new toll road links Malaga airport within 45 minutes while Gibraltar is just over an hour away. The first floor apartment in Block 7 of the Locrimar complex is situated near the Locrimar Hotel a 15 minute walk to the beach. Private underground parking and video-phone entry to apartment.

Ideal for golf breaks: Tennis and Paddle courts available close to the apartment at the International Tennis Centre. The Magna Marbella par 3 course is a short drive away. Suitable for beginners it has all facilities including a driving range and club hire. For more experienced golfers there are a dozen courses within a 15 minute drive including Atalaya, Guadlamina, Marbella, La Quinta, Aloha and Alhurin. .

Nearby shops : A small general store with bakery is adjacent to the apartment with long opening hours. Opencor 24 hours is a short drive or lusty stroll. For shopping enthusiasts the enormous Cortes Ingles dominates Puerto Banus. A number of trendy boutiques including Jimmy Choos, Roberto Cavalli, Mango and Zara are near the port. The out of town La Canada at Marbella offers shops, restaurants, tenpin bowling and a cinema with English films.

Restaurants: The port has dozens of restaurants of all nationalities many of which are children friendly. Cheaper alternatives can be found near San Pedro or around the apartment. Terra Sanna, the Chinese adjoining Opencor Taj Mahal, Tapelia are all highly recommended. Victors Beach bar nearby is a fantastic setting with sea food to match. The chiguiritos on the San Pedro Beach give good value with seaviews and a cocktail to start your evening is a must at Astral's! For children try Funny Beach in Marbella the Selwo wildlife park or the water parks at Mijas and Torremolenos. A good day out for all can be had in Gibraltar.

Ski: The ski area of Sierra Nevada is a 2 1/2 hour drive from the apartment for those who wish to combine skiing and sunshine.

Excellent self catering accommodation. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Communal areas & pool very well kept. Couldn't fault it in any way. Huge terrace balcony with lovely view of pools and mountains. Owner handled booking very efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area.

We had a great, relaxing summer holiday.

Apartment was very spacious and well maintained - with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and views of the mountains in the distance.

The pool was quiet even in August! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spain without a car!

Our stay in Puerto Banus was entirely dependent upon the accuracy of the advertisement of the property. In our opinion this was more than adequately fulfilled by the spacious and well equipped and furnished apartment. Within the complex, facilities were private and secure with the gardens providing a superb backdrop to the facility of the pool.

Within the apartment furnishings in the rooms and on the spacious balcony supplied all that was essential for a self-catering holiday.

We were pleased that the owners of the property arranged for us to be picked up at Malaga Aiport and taken to the apartment and on our return to provided the same arrangement of transport.

Not having a car was not a hindrance to our holiday as pub lic transport and taxi services are in abundance and very reasonable in terms of cost. We were able to make all the visits and do all the sightseeing that we had planned.

Food shopping facilities were near at hand and well provisioned. Restaurants of all kinds and cost were freely available.

We would certainly return without hesitation and commend it to our friends.

We had a great holiday. The location is good being very near to a lot of activities. You could easilly get by without a car if needed. However a car is a bonus as there is a lot of good places to visit for days out. Apartment is good, very spacious and I have never seen a balcony so big.
Good food, good location and near the beach not a lot more is needed for a relaxing holiday. We would stay here again.

The accommodation was great. Very roomy with a huge terrace. Just a couple of minutes drive to the centre of Puerto Banus. Perfect for a family directly overlooking the pool. The complex was clean and quiet.I would definately stay there again.
