This 'front-line' apartment is located in the ‘Port’ area of Estepona, with spectacular ‘Blue Flag’ beaches on one side and on the other, the hustle and bustle of Estepona Marina with its extensive choice of restaurants and bars. The spacious apartment has a large terrace with sea and marina view, with the second and third bedrooms offering views of the pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with twin beds in the second and third bedrooms. There are two, fully tiled, luxury bathrooms with bath (shower over), hand basin, WC and bidet, one en-suite to the master bedroom, and the other separate. The exceptionally large living/dining room has a 42' Panasonic Plasma TV offering BBC/ITV and many other channel sand a DVD HD recorder . The apartment is professionally cleaned between rentals and maintained by a local (English speaking) agent, who is on hand in the unlikely event that a problem arises during your stay. An allocated secure garage space is available for parking your car.

The apartment is located in the ‘Port’ area of Estepona, within a few minutes walk of spectacular ‘Blue Flag’ beaches and the hustle and bustle of the marina with its extensive choice of restaurants and bars. The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona. The old town is just a ten minute stroll away along the seafront and is still unique in retaining its Spanish ambiance with pretty cobbled roads and attractive plazas. Estepona's beaches are sandy and have 'Chiringuitos' (beach bars/restaurants) and lifeguards in season.

The prices shown are for up to four person (two bedrooms) occupancy in low and mid season, and for up to six people during the peak season (July to September). For five to six people (three bedrooms) prices are £395 for Nov - March (low season), and £535 for April - June & Mid Sept - October (mid-season).

A £150 per week deposit is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance is payable 2 months prior to arrival. A security/key deposit of £100 is payable and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.

I was very suprised that the apartment was better than I expected,and I have stayed in many top class apartments over the last 20 years.
All descriptions were perfectly accurate,the service,location and care of attention was spot on.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.I have just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment and immediately booked it for next year
