Notes to the rental rates

Changeover days are preferrably Saturday to Saturday, but we can be flexible, entry from 4pm on day of arrival, guest are asked to vacate on day of departure by 10 am. A 25% deposit is required on booking with the total balance due 10 weeks before your arrival date. A refundable breakages deposit of £250 will be required with the balance and will be refunded after 2 weeks of departure subject to final villa inspection. Long term rentals would be considered. Payments accepted by pay pal, cheques, money transfer, bank transfer. Please note payment can also be accepted in euros, please enquire for prices.

Towels and linen are provided (not beach towels) there is an end of clean charge of £40, also £7 per person for washing. (50 euros and 10 euros p/p)
