Parque da Floresta also offers a 5 star 'state of the art' fitness centre and health & beauty spa. Owner's guests can benefit from a 30% discount off the green fees and 15% discount at the many restaurants run by Vigia, on Parque da Floresta and it's other sites. The Parque also offers children's clubs and football camps run by professional ex-footballers.
Tennis & Bowls: Parque da Floresta also offers tennis tuition with it's on-site professional as well hiring of equipment and courts to guests. There is also a very active bowls club on PDF where you are welcome to join in or just watch from the tea room.
Beach: The nearest easily accessible beach to Quinta da Aldeia is Salema, which is about a kilometer away with plenty of parking, restaurants and shops. The little known beach of Figueira is about a 15 minute walk through a lush valley and down onto the beach.
