Nearest beach: Beach at 1.5 kilometres

The village of Pateo, has it's own local restaurants, bars, and shops all with a few minutes walk of the apartment. Albufeira 'old town' is a comfortable 15 minute walk from the apartment, however there is now a local bus service from the end of the road that can take you into Albufeira every half hour. There is a splendid choice of bars and restaurants that cater for every taste. Spend the day at one of the Algarves beautiful beaches (the Fishermans beach or Gale or Sao Rafeal)- , then the evening wandering around the busy town square. The Algarve Shopping centre - which boasts a cinema and bowling alley, as well as the usual shopping facilities is only a 10 minute drive away. Waterparks are also close and enjoyed by the kids as well as the adults. At Zoo Marine, you can even arrange to swim with the dolphins. There are also numerous Golf courses within easy reach.

Local activities diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding

Notes to the rental rates

  • We would ask clients to vacate the apartment by 11am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning. The Apartment is usually available from 2pm. However we do try to accommodate early/ late flights where at all possible, please let us know as early as possible.
  • A 15% deposit will be required to secure your booking, the balance being due 8 weeks before the arrival date along with a damages deposit of £150. The damage deposit will be returned 10 days after your return.

Cleaning/Linen/Towels

The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and once during a two week booking. Further cleaning is available on request, but would be charged locally. All bed linen and towels are provided, however we would ask that you supply your own beach/pool towels.

Travel / Distance

Faro airport is approximately 30 minutes by road. An idea of other driving distances are : Villamoura (Golf and Marina) - 20 min, Salgados (Golf) 10 Minutes - Carvoeiro (Golf) - 25 Minutes Zoo Marine (Dolphins)- 10 minutes - various Water parks 10 - 25 minutes, Albufeira Marina - 5 Minutes San Rafael/ Gale Beaches - 5 Minutes. Algarve Shopping Centre - 10minutes - Seville (Spain) - 2 hours but only 45 minutes to the Spanish Boarder.
