Our luxury Florida rental villa has been designed and furnished to the highest standard to give guests the luxurious holiday they deserve. It has a 28' heated pool with a lake view. We provide free phone calls including long distance and international. It is close to Disney and all other theme parks are a short drive away. You will be met at the villa by our agents with a welcome pack of food and your choice of beer or wine. Our Orlando villa has 4 bedrooms all with cable TV/DVD. There is a Master with king size bed, en-suite and a huge walk in closet, two queen bedrooms and a twin room complete with X-box. There is also a family bathroom. There are 2 sitting rooms one has a queen sofabed . One has a stereo, 32” cable TV and video/DVD player. We provide board games, books, DVD movies and CDs and wireless internet. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a large walk in larder. There is a laundry/utility room which leads to the 2 car garage with a fussball table and dart board.

Sunrise Lakes is a mixed community of rental and residential dwellings. It is approximately 6 miles from Disney World parks (10 mins) and close to all the other local attractions. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and pharmacy. A Super Walmart is a block away. There are many restaurants on the US 192, just a five minute drive away. So everything you need is very close to hand. Only 30-40 minutes from Orlando international airport and an hour from Sanford. Busch gardens, Kennedy Space Centre as well as Cocoa beach can be reached in an hour with Gulf beaches a little longer. Other theme parks such as Seaworld & Universal can be reached in 20-30 minutes. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive. Shopping centres such as Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, premium outlets and Buena Vista are all reached easily by car.

  • Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee.
    Our villa is cleaned before and after your stay but if an additional clean is needed a fee will be charged.
    Pool heat if required £12 per day (recommended November-April)
    Discounts available for late/return bookings or longer stays so please contact us. Recommendations rewarded as well.
    All prices shown include local taxes.
  • A reservation of your date will be held for 5 days until confirmation. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment. A $300 imprint of your credit card will be taken on arrival as a security deposit. Pool heating is available at an additional £15 per day, minimum 3 days (recommended November-April). Cancellation: 8 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit. 8 weeks - 50% of total. 4 weeks - 100% of total.

Notes: We have two sitting areas, the formal and family areas. the family room contains a large coffee table that adjusts so you can eat whilst watching that unmissable program on TV. The large, private 28'x14' pool is heated when necessary and has underwater lighting. High quality pool furniture including loungers and tables. It is covered by a pool screen that lets in the sun but keeps any unwelcome visitors such as mossies out. BBQs can be rented from our agents but by law these must be used outside the pool screen. There is a community pool, Cabana and children's playground. The lake behind the house contains fish and some of our guests have fished there. Cots, high chairs can also be rented for a small charge.

We absolutely loved our stay in the home. We were met promptly at the house by a member of the management company, who showed us around and answered all of our questions. The refrigerator was stocked with the basic necessities (eggs, milk, water, juice. Plus coffee and coffee filters) which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Plenty of paper products (paper towels and toilet paper.) and soap to run the dishwasher, which is often overlooked in other rental properties. The home has been well kept and was very clean. Linens and towels, including pool towels were provided.

The home is close to all the major attractions and located in a nice, safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I was traveling with small children and there were even board games for them to play as well!

Out of all our previous house rentals, this was by far the best experience and we would love to be able to stay in the house again during our next trip to Orlando.
