This impressive villa stands in the prestigious gated community of El Madroñal, about six kilometres north of San Pedro. Just a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella, the property provides private, peaceful accommodation. Built on three levels, it has three individually styled double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a large self-contained apartment with a fourth bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The central, luxurious living room opens into a formal dining room. A second family room, which contains a bar, leads onto the terraced seating area which overlooks the swimming pool. The rustic-style kitchen is fully fitted and there is a large terrace room, ideal for casual dining. Sleeping eight people, the villa has distant sea views, a private garden with mature fruit trees and plants and a large swimming pool and terraces. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, two have air conditioning as do the living and terrace rooms. Maid service is provided.

The property is a few minutes driving time from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. With easy access to the toll road, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both only 45 minutes away. The town and beaches of San Pedro are nearby and the romantic, old town of Ronda is temptingly close. Golf players will enjoy the abundance of local courses and there is a tennis club at hand. Many popular restaurants are within a short distance as are shopping facilities. El Madroñal is itself a prestigious gated community with many spectacular villas standing on its hillsides. This property is approached over a private estate road and is protected by a large wall forming a courtyard with a fountain. The house has distant sea views and private mature gardens with many fruit trees and plants. The large swimming pool is surrounded by extensive terraces. The villa offers privileged, extensive accomodation in an up-market location.
