This amazingly high standard 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in the Boa Nova complex just outside Ferragudo. With it's elevated position there are uninterrupted breathtaking sea views to the west and mountains to the north & east. Casa Nobre has everything you could wish for as a home from home and amongst the facilities are 2 x TV's (one in lounge, one in master bedroom) with full package satellite connectivity, DVD stereo/home cinema system, ADSL wireless broadband, underfloor heating in every room, full air conditioning, electric blinds, mosquito blinds, wrap-around balcony, purpose built BBQ on the sun terrace, and private sun-bathing area. The kitchen is an absolute delight with modern units throughout. The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have been tastefully decorated in a bright and colourful theme and the bath/shower rooms are complete with top of the range units. Casa Nobre is situated in a fantastic new development, Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has two tennis courts (free use to guests), a fabulous huge adults and separate children pool and a 5 star cafe/bar with a restaurant soon to open. The area is beautifully landscaped and the views from the apartment, with it's elevated position offers fantastic views to both the sea and mountains. The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 min drive. If golf is your interest, there are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 min. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from Casa Nobre, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach, and it's restaurant on stilts, a mere 3 min. The new Algarve Autodrome (Autodromoalgarve or Autódromo Internacional do Algarve) where formula 1 testing and recent Moto GP has been held is a mere 30 min drive away in Mexilhoeira Grande.

Tennis courts available free of charge for guests, as are the fabulous main and children pools. Full wheelchair accessibility is offered around the pool areas at Boa Nova.

Beaches: Caneiros Beach is approx 3 mins drive. Pintadinho & Ferragudo Beaches 5 mins drive

Algarve Autodrome/Aqua parks/Other Attractions: Zoomarine (where you can swim with dolphins), two aqua parks (Slide & Splash, Aqualand) are within 20 min drive. River and coastal boat trips are available from Portimao (15 min drive). The brand new Algarve Autodrome is a mere 30 min drive away. Scene of Ferrari, Honda and McLaren testing, A1GP and Moto GP's which will all continue for 2010 and years to come. Fabulous fun with amazing facilities and easy access. Amazing apartment with breathtaking views.

My family stayed in the aprtment for twelve days arriving on the 23rd July 2009. It was exactly as described and more. The apartment was fully equipped with a modern kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and all the mod cons you could hope for. The main feature of the apartment is the balcony area and the views are difficult to put into words, I think breathtaking is the best way to describe them. We stayed with three young children (two 6yr olds and a 9yr old). They all had a great time in the pool area which is lovely and very safe for children of that age. The bar area adjacent to the pool is well equipped and is run by Jeremy and his family who make you feel very welcome and can't do enough for you. It was a pity the restaurant hadn't opened when we visited but once complete it will certainly had to the whole experience. Overall we had a great holiday, in a fantastic apartment on a lovely complex and can't wait to come back. I would certainly recommend the apartment to any of my friends and family.

Beautiful and luxurious apartment

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Casa Nobre for the last week of September and we were amazed at how amazing the penthouse was, the views from the terrace are stunning and the decor inside is gorgeous. The outside terrace area is just lovely and to have breakfast out there every day was very special. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed and more, to make the holiday enjoyable and care-free. The location is great, just 5 minute car journey or 15 minute walk to Caneiros beach which is one of the nicest beaches I have seen in Portugal. There was a wonderful restaurant there too. Cavoeiro is only a 10 minute drive away with loads of good restaurants and a few bars.
We will definately return to this beautiful apartment, this part of Portugal is stunning and there is so much to explore. We had a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday.
