This self contained flat is perfectly located for both business or pleasure. Central London and trendy Brick Lane are only minutes away. This self contained ground floor flat is easy to access, creates a warm welcome. Open sunny spacious hall way which covers as a dining area. The wood flooring and contemporary furniture all add to the fresh bright feeling. Fully tiled contemporary bathroom with bath/shower. AThe sitting room has a very comfortable 4 seater sofa and also a 2 seater sofa bed, so can sleep up to four people. Everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Please note, this is a non-smoking apartment.

This self contained one bedroom flat has a great Location: The City - where all the top banks and companies are based. Tower of London, Big Ben, The London Eye and Spitalfield Market - an indoor market with a diverse range of up and coming designer goods, crafts and food court. Brick Lane Market - offers an interesting mix of fruit and vegetables, clothes and households goods. There is a large Bangladeshi community in the area and the surrounding shops display beautiful Asian garments, ornaments, artwork and jewellery. Local restaurants offer superb Bengali and Indian cuisine. Spitalfield - is full of contrast, described as - quirky, historic, trend- Setting, modern, tatty and smart. This vibrant area is great to watch the mix of cutting edge business with the East End of London.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 20% of the rental or full rental is required when booking. If booking confirmation is four weeks or less before the commencement of the stay then the full rent should be sent when booking. If the booking cannot be accepted by the Owner, the full amount paid will be returned within 14 days. The Owner reserves the right to refuse a hire booking. If a booking is accepted, the Guest becomes liable for the balance of rent for the full period of the stay, which must be paid four weeks prior to the stay. Non payment of the balance monies, when they become due, will constitute cancellation of the stay and forfeiture of the deposit payment. When the balance of rent is paid, final details of the Property, with travel directions and key holder information will be forwarded. The website prices are cash prices. Where the Guest pays via bank transfer, they will meet any extra costs. In addition a refundable security against damage deposit of £200.
  • An extra laundry fee of £35 will be added for a more than 2 person occupancy.

An Ideal Apartment-We were DELIGHTED.

We couldn't have been more pleased. The four of us (two adults and two children) were quite comfortable. It was VERY clean, everything was as promised. The accomodated dropping our suitcases early. The owner was accessible and helpful, as was her keybearer. It was close to the tube station, and there are no steps. The clothes washer worked well, drying on the rack was fast. the freezer and refridgerator worked well. It felt like all the comforts of home were there.

The owner stays there for a portion of each year, and her personal pride in the apartment is obvious.

The owner does require payment by bank wire, so there is some extra cost involved. But it was worth it--this was one of the best apartments we've rented to date.

Lovely flat, all very comfortable, easy to use and a great bed! Lots of interesting places to see and some brilliant places to eat. I have a disability MS, this flat worked well for me. Really enjoyed my stay, will go again.

Well appointed flat. Large kitchen with all amenities. Easy to get deliveries. Description in ad was accurate.
Great location, only 10 mins walk from Aldgate East Underground and 5 mins to Tesco express. Also close to financial district. Owner is lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.
