In a charming village overlooking the Mediterranean, the 'Castellins' is a private estate in a quiet residential area. Closed by a gate, it is perfect for young children. The villa accommodates 6: 2 master bedrooms with private bath (one with jacuzzi tub and big shower), 2 single rooms with seperate bath and WC. Big living and dining area with terrace overlooking the pool and mountain view. Modern equipped kitchen, laundry room, garage. Air-conditioning throughout. All rooms have terraces with direct access to garden and pool. There is a tennis court in the estate.

The villa is 5 minutes by foot to Biot: typical Provence village (famous for it's glass blowers), market every Tuesday, many restaurants and shops. We are 15 minutes by car from the shore: Antibes (covered market every day, old town, Picasso museum, beaches, harbour, all water sports), Cannes and Nice (20 minutes by auto route), Monaco (45 minutes), the Italian border 1 hour (San Remo). Many golf courses nearby. The mountain resorts of the Southern Alps are only and hours drive with: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, biking, paragliding, etc. Marineland and amusement parks (5 minutes by car).
