El Olivar is a two bedroom apartment on the exclusive and prestigious development of La Sella overlooking the feature pool and gardens. This two bedroom ground floor apartment, which sleeps four/five, has a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a fully furnished lounge/dining room, with TV and DVD player, and opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and garden, with spectacular views of Montgo Mountain. The terrace has an outside table and 6 chairs. The two double bedrooms lead off from the hallway as does the luxury bathroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. We also have a travel cot and highchair. The El Olivar development is close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, chemist and the La Sella reception area. The reception office can organise car-hire, day trips and excursions as well as quad biking, canoeing, trekking and mountain bike hire.

Based in between the costal towns of Denia & Javea on the Northern Costa Blanca coast. This accommodation is situated on the La Sella complex, which is set on the mountain side which itself boasts spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean. Facilities on site include tennis, horse riding, information office, pharmacy, mini-market, internet café, restaurant & bar. Denia beach is only 5-10 minutes away with over 10 miles of golden sands. Enjoy the hustle & bustle of this traditional town, packed full of tapas bars and restaurants. Equally close by is Javea, with its curved beach and tall palm trees, with plenty of lively bars, restaurants and shops. The Safari Park in Vergel is only 15 minutes away, half an hour takes you to the Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm, both make a good day out.

    • WELCOME PACKS: A welcome pack can be arranged, a basic pack (water, milk, bread/rolls, ham, cheese, juice etc). Costing approx 25 euros, this would be expected to be paid directly to the representative. A bespoke list can be made and arranged accordingly. Obviously prices will vary.

Golf: La Sella is famous for its 18 hole, par 72, golf course where you can enjoy the sport in natural and stunning surroundings and is situated within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. La Sella Golf is a championship golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, with an additional 9 hole course due to open in 2009. It also boasts an excellent pro shop, bar and restaurant with friendly staff and members, a favourite with both Costa Blanca golfers and visitors. Clubs and buggy rental is available. There is also a practice field, golf teachers, putting green and car parking. Additional facilities soon to open is the Nick Faldo Golf Institute and a Casino.
