This brand new top-floor apartment is within such a location that the property is not overlooked. Furnished to a high standard throughout, with 2 en suite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and overlooking the communal swimming pool. Access to a roof terrace with far reaching views to the sea, a fifteen minute walk to the beach, the amenities of 'Playa Flamenca’ one hundred metres away and with a Lidl Supermarket and fresh butchers shop immediately across the road. The three golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all located a short drive away. This is a perfect location for a golf activity based and family holiday, relaxing in the sun or enjoying the lifestyle of Southern Spain. If you take a taxi to the golf courses, you would not need a car, as all the main facilities are within a short walk.   • All bed linen and bath towels are supplied, fully cleaned and ironed, for your arrival. You will not require to take with you any items related to your accommodation other than beach towels. To reserve accommodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 6 weeks before occupancy, together with the key fob & damage deposit (see below). If booking is made within 6 weeks of occupancy, then full payment together with the key & damage deposit will be required. Please note that a key and damage deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and to satisfactory return of all keys.

    The listed prices are applicable only when there are between 1 to 4 people maximum in the party. Anyone exceeding four people will have to leave the property immediately, without a refund

General Information: La Calma apartments, Alameda del Mar are located 5km south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. It is a short walk from the apartment to the local beach and the lovely beaches of Punta Prima and La Zenia. The local amenities at Playa Flamenca are a short walk away and contain restaurants with flavourings from Spain, France Hungary, Germany, Italy, China and India. With a sea view balcony, there is nothing finer than grilling fillet steaks, from the fresh butchers opposite, on the George Foreman electric barbecue, complimented by salads and vegetables prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. With wine and beer at a fraction of the UK price, what more could you want. There are now retractable sun awnings fitted to both the roof garden and the main balcony area, so if you want to enjoy the weather and the view with or without the hot sun, then the choice is yours.

Other activities: There is a go-kart racing circuit one hundred metres away, with supervised karting for children. The ‘Playa Flamenca’ commercial area is a short walk away. There are two floor levels there with numerous bars, restaurants and pubs with various levels of cost, so it’s possible to each cheaply or more expensively whatever is your choice. There are a three main beaches close to the apartment and all within walking distance. These are perfect for swimming, with beach bars on some of them.

Suitability: Pets are not allowed on the site and smoking is not allowed inside due to an asthmatic owner. Very friendly site with mainly European and Scandinavian owners. The apartment is the top one, so thought must be given to the suitability for your children. Suitable for elderly people, as there are lifts to each floor

Golf: The three golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all located a short drive away. My twelve year old son and I stayed here for a week in July 2008, this spotless and spacious appartment has absolutely everything you will need from kitchen equipment to beach mats to BBQ to phone charger.The two pools were clean and had lovely surroundings for sunbathing. The local area is exactly as Alan describes, you don't need a car, there is plenty to do within walking distance, and every type of restaurant is available in the commercial centre. The Saturday market was well worth a visit.
I would definitely recommend this property.

Have just came back from a great holiday ,The Apartment was of great standards, a home from home ,which had everything you need at hand .
The beds were one of the best we have ever slept in ,really comfy , the views were stunning sitting in the balcony till the early hours.watching the kids splash about in the pool was a bonus also.everyone we met in the complex were very friendly and an added bonus of the off street parking and security made you feel very safe .The shops were just a few minutes walk so no need to jump in car also the plasa was just 5min walk away ,which meant even my wife could have a drink.and just a short stroll home ......I recommend this appartment to all singles ,couples and family's .will be booking again looking forward to next time....

Have just returned from two very enjoyable weeks in this apartment,and hope to return in 2009,if indeed not before.Would like to compliment Alan on the accurate description of all the amenities,as everything to the last detail was as described,and in perfect condition/working order.Adequate space and storage in both bedrooms and the two bathrooms in pristine condition.Again thanks to Alan for making the booking procedure so simple,and also to Howard for the mid rent cleaning and transfer to Murcia airport.As a General note the across road supermarket/butchers and the nearby commercial centre will cater for for all tastes and budgets
