This studio is set in a secure residence with well-kept gardens. It is on the ground floor with its own private garden and patio. The property is bright and airy having recently been refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom. The studio space has been well thought-out with a double bed and a sofa which also pulls out into a double bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a small indoor dining area for 2. The garden has decking and mature plants, with a nice patio, with an awning. There is a table and chairs provided there so that you can eat alfresco. There is secure underground parking provided. The beach is less than 5 mins walk. Cannes centre is a 15 mins walk along Boulevard Croisette (the seafront), where you can find lots of restaurants serving local food or buy your own at the open air markets. The Palais des Festivals (where the conferences take place) is just 15 mins walk. This is a perfect apartment for holiday-makers and conference visitors alike. Comfortable and central!

The rates above are fully inclusive.
The rates cover the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, underground parking and final cleaning on departure.
Additionally, we require a refundable Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This is taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The €350 is refunded to the same card after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition and the keys are returned safely and on time.
Payment is accepted only in Euros.
