Relax at single store villa situated in quiet area in a traditional village of Languedoc Roussillon. It is detached, with sunny garden (with plenty of shade too!), solar pool treated by AQUABIO water system (not chlorinated), games for the children, solar pool shower and sun beds, garden chairs and table of garden, BBQ, 2 covered verandas. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher. 3 Spacious bedrooms: one is furnished with double bed, the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, double wash basin and a washing machine. There is a separate WC. Air-conditioned living/dining room leading to the veranda and garden is equipped with large sofa, dining table and chairs, bookcase, TV, compact disc digital audio.

Immediate access to the Canal du Midi tow path which is great for walking, bike riding, boat rental or simply for admiring. 20 minutes drive from the sandy Mediterranean beaches of Valras, St Pierre, Gruissan etc. Situated between Béziers and Narbonne, crossroads of Roman and Gallic ancient cultures, Poilhes neighbours the historical Roman site of the Oppidum d'Enserune. At the heart of a large wine growing area, excellent local wines be sampled. Spain and Barcelone are easily accessible, only 2 hours away.. To the North, the Black Mountains of the Languedoc Régional Park offers spectacular scenery. Carcassonne is the largest fortress town, in Europe a unique example of medieval military and architecture. Lots of picturesque villages to be discovered in the area.
