Villa Cassia is a single storey 3 bedroom villa sitting in an elevated position with excellent views of the sea. The garden and terrace are at the rear of the villa offering seclusion and stunning views over not only the sea but the adjacent field. The garden around the villa is well stocked. There is a grassed area which is ideal for children to play on and to set your sun lounger on. The large private swimming pool (10mx5m) enjoys sunshine all day. The main entrance door leads on to a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The Living area is tastefully furnished and has satellite television and a DVD/CD. The dining area has a smart round table with seating for 6 people. A set of glass doors leads from the dining/living area on to the veranda, pool and garden area. A doorway leads to the three bedrooms. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

The resort of Coral Bay has grown around the famous Coral Bay beach which is one of the longest and finest stretches of golden sand in the area. The water is clear and blue and as it is a bay with shallow water is ideal for families with children. There are a variety of water sports available and the beach now has a coveted Blue Flag. Coral Bay is not just popular for its beach, it has become an increasingly developed resort and offers numerous shops, restaurants and local bars. The town of Paphos is a 20 minute drive away and an excellent bus service runs there from Coral Bay Village. There are 3 excellent 18 hole golf courses. Tsada Golf course is 30 minutes drive away from Paphos in an elevated position with sea views. The Secret Valley golf course is approximately 18km east of Paphos (about 35 minutes from the villa). The newer Aphrodite golf course is also 40 minutes drive from the villa. An area of outstanding beauty just 15 minutes to the Akamas nature reserve.

  • Deposits of 30% (non-refundable) are required to confirm your booking. Full balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. Discounts available for winter lets and for lets of 4 weeks or more.
  • Air Conditioning is included at no extra charge. A welcome pack on arrival consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, and orange juice. The bed linen and bath towels will be changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels as the bathroom towels can be ruined by chlorine and sun tan lotion. A safety deposit box is available free for your use.
