Our recently finished Townhouse is located in one of the most upscale areas of Mascarat Altea with on one side the beach, marina and sea and on the other side the gorgeous mountains. The house is light and spacious, very nice furnished and is located in a quiet area 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the marina area. The Marina area has lovely restaurants overlooking the sea & yacht club. The master bedroom is located on the the top floor with a terrace overlooking the sea. A queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, bath, jacuzzi and toilet. The main floor has an open kitchen, a lounge and dining room area with a fireplace and a large terrace in the front overlooking the pool area, the skyline of Altea and the sea and another patio in the back of the house. The bottom floor has two double bedrooms with one bathroom overlooking the garden. A lot of privacy because of it's location and lay-out of the house. Car park in front of house.

Notes: The house has three floors and creates a lot of privacy for the renters. The patios are also very private. The car can be parked in front of the house. The valley itself is nice and quiet and the towns are close by (10 minute drive) The sea front with views & stone beaches are close by ( 5- 10 minute walk) and you can make a nice morning walk in the valley. The marina area with restaurants and boating activities are about a 10min walk. Everything is accessible by car and parking is free in that area.
