A tastefully furnished new villa built in 2006 with 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom and 1 en suite shower room, is ideally located for both the village of La Croix Valmer approx 5 mins walking distance, which is a perfect all year round village filled with all the necessities and restaurants to make a perfect holiday or ideal for all year round living. The beach is walking distance approx 15 mins and caters for all needs with the public and private beach clubs and water sports it is great for all ages and requirements. The villa has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. The Living room has a TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi, a DVD and CD Stereo. The garden has a private pool and Gas BBQ. Only 10 kms from St Tropez. A great family holiday home for both Short and Long Lets.

Winter Escape.

Just returned from a winter escape break. We have visited La Croix Valmer on a few occasions and have enjoyed every visit. It has so much to offer all ages and we will go back. We had a fantastic stay in the villa, it had all we could hope for and was perfect for us. We wallked to both the village and beaches and true to its word they are very close. It is greatly situated and very charming. We felt very at home and did not want to leave.A huge thank you for providing a much needed place to escape it all.

Great Location, in a wonderful part of the world.

Our family have just come back from staying at the villa. It was prettier in real life and was a great place for us to experience a real home from home holiday. The location is ideal as we could walk to the restaurants of La Croix Valmer and one imparticular cafe valmer..a brilliant local..No need to worry about driving or taxis as only a short walk. The housekeeper ensured all went smoothly during our stay and the house is very well maintained. We are hoping to go back in the summer and would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you for a wonderful winter break..
