Photos and Description of this Lucca holiday chateau / country house A beautiful restoration has been going on for the past 2 years & is now ready

The villa offers five air-conditioned double guestrooms, each one spacious with large armoires for storage and new beds throughout, with its own bath. All five of the bathrooms are airy and outfitted with new fixtures, including very unusual and original sinks and beautiful tile work. The sunny dining room seats 10 comfortably. In the same floor there is the high-tech kitchen and one more bathroom. The cozy ground floor suite features a fireplace and comfortable relaxed seating. The outside spaces of the villa, surrounded by the Lucca hills, are peaceful and tranquil. There are hammocks, many lounge chairs and a beautiful teak dining table and chairs that is arranged under a tented pergola off the kitchen. It is the best place to enjoy a meal, with breathtaking views on the hills around, the old churches, the vineyards and the olive trees. There is also a wood oven and a large BBQ. The lovely pool is located in the middle of the beautiful garden.

A beautiful trekking and bicycle path : at just a few hundreds meters from the property runs along the Serchio River, that is now a National park, and into Lucca. .

Special car rental rates : with the possibility of pick-up at the airport and drive to the property, We can also arrange excursions to our own Winery in the Chianti area producing excellent wines with visit to the vineyards, the wine cellar and final wine-tastings with the owners. Tours tours into the town of Lucca, its villas, and special tours in the magnificent countryside. Possibility to play golf in four courses at a distance of 25 up to 40 min. drive. Chauffeur with a 8 seats bus available for special tours in the region. Access to a private beach club and individual tours to discover the ' Cinque Terre' by our 20mt long sailboat. Guided biking tours through the Tuscan countryside.

An excellent cook can come to the house and: prepare typically Tuscan meals.
