Notes to the rental rates

• Extra bed will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
  All rates include CBF, prepared daily by the in-villa employees
  Daily rates and extra beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
  Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car) 7% tax is applicable.

  Christmas and New Years – 15 December till 15 January annually
  Chinese New Year – One week before till one week after Chinese New Year
  Easter – One week before till one week after Easter Sunday.
