This large 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the very popular but select 'Paraiso Royale' complex. Although situated in central Las Americas the complex is both tranquil and secure. Paraiso Royale has beautiful well maintained gardens leading to a lovely heated pool with spacious sunbathing terraces and a small private bar. Its ideal location, very close to beach and new shopping centres, makes this complex a very popular choice for self-catering holiday makers. This beautiful, spacious, corner apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard by its new owners. The large bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and its own terrace. A fully re-tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, fitted units and new appliances. In the large living area there is a new 3 seater sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, (English) and DVD. Access to both terraces from lounge via patio doors. A safe is also provided.

Notes: For the comfort of future holiday makers you are respectfully requested not to smoke inside the apartment however for your enjoyment it is acceptable to smoke on the terraces. Access to the apartment is via a small flight of steps and might therefore not be suitable for holidaymakers with walking difficulties. Our wish is to make your stay an enjoyable one and a welcome pack will be provided for all our guests. Beach towels will be provided allowing extra space in your suitcase for those duty free purchases!! There are several pay phones inside the complex and internet cafes close by. All bedding and towels will be changed weekly. The complex has a safe and secure environment with gates that are locked between 20.00 and 08.00. In the unlikely event there are any concerns the owners live locally and are on hand to deal personally with your queries.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment, it was very clean and modern. We found it very simple to book and pay for this holiday. The owners were very generous in stocking the fridge with essentials and non essentials. They also supplied a hairdrier and beach towels which helped to keep the weight down in our suitcases. The apartment is in a central position so therefore the beach, pubs, shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. Although it is in a central position it is quiet during the night and during the day the most noise I heard was a neighbour's parrot. It is a gated complex so only people with a key could get in. There are 2 balconies so if it is too hot on one you can cool down on the other or you could go for a dip in the shared swimming pool and then have a tasty toastie and a drink at the snack bar. I would definitely go back to this apartment and wouldn't think twice about recommending it to a friend.

My husband and I have just come back from 2 weeks in this apartment.
we have stayed previously on the parque santiago apartments so this was a deviation for us in location. We did find the location ideal, two entrances/exits to choose from and in the middle of everything but very very quiet, the only noise was from a parrot nearby and he was lovely..shouting for 'papa' amongst other things!
The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable.
The welcome pack was a lovely touch and really helped us as we arrived late at night and just needed a good nights sleep.
The owners came round and we had a chat whilst they changed the towels etc, they were lovely and couldnt have been more helpful.
We would recomment this apartment and would definately re-book in the future.
However, there are steps up to the complex and up to the apartment so not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

We really rate this apartment very highly and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We have previously stayed in an apartment in Santiago 3, but this one is far superior. It has everything you need on a self catering holiday. The welcome pack was a real bonus as it saves you going out to buy essentials when you arrive. The apartment is well furnished and the decor is bright throughout. My teenage son slept on the sofabed in the lounge and said it was very comfortable. We sunbathed on the larger patio during the day and enjoyed the shade on the other patio when it was too hot. The apartment is situated in the best part of the resort. It is close to all the bars and restaurants, but is also just a ten minute walk to the Safari Centre with its fine shops. The apartment complex is very safe and secure with the gates being locked at night. We would definitely book the apartment again.

When we booked this apartment we expected the best from the description and we were not disappointed, it was very clean, comfortable spacious and in a good position for everything you could require. The welcome pack was exceptional and the owners very pleasant and nearly everything you could think of was available in the apartment we would certainly return to this accommodation and have no hesitation in recommending it to any one else. To us it was the perfect place to stay

The apartment more than exceeded our expectations. It is extremely well appointed and located. It contains all one could need on a self catering holiday and is ideally placed, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and other local amenities. The booking process was faultless and the owners very friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended, so much so that we intend to visit again next year. Also there is a hairdryer and iron/ironing board which is a plus to any holidaymaker.
