Cooking Courses:
As part of your holiday you can learn how to prepare, cook and present local specialities at the fantastic Il Maniero Art Club and restaurant, just 10 minutes from Caserma Carina Country House. You will enjoy a warm and friendly welcome from academy chef, Guida Stacchietti who will create regional and national dishes using fresh, local produce from this rural and unspoilt area of Italy. You will be taught how to cook a whole variety of local cuisine including homemade pasta, traditional meat dishes and wonderful Italian desserts just to mention a few. Guida will also guide you through the art of food presentation. The cost of the course is €400.00 per person and includes 3 morning courses. Each day you will be given the option of either eating your mornings hard work at the restaurant, or depending on numbers, Guida will happily pack you up with a goodies bag to enjoy back at Caserma Carina. You will also be presented with an information pack which will include all recipes taught.
Dinner at Il Maniero Art Club and restaurant:
Guests have enjoyed evening meals at Il Maniero where they sampled many Italian local and national dishes. We are able to arrange evening meals which will include delicious anti pasta, pasta, meat, local vegetables, dolce, house wine and water for a total price of €30 (euros) per person. Although it is helpful to book your evening meal in advance, payment is made directly with the restaurant during your stay.

Within 30 mins drive there are many other activities including hot-air ballooning, quad biking, go-karting, horse racing etc
