New detached luxury villa with private pool, close to the beach and Pernera
The villa was completed in October 2007 and is located in the resort of Pernera on the East coast of Cyprus. The centre of Pernera with bars, restaurants and all necessary amenities is a 5 minute walk away, and the beach is a 10 minute walk away, with watersports and boat trips available. The villa is next to a 2000SqM landscaped 'green area' which includes benches and a traditional windmill that the area is famous for. The villa is fully equipped with air con in the bedrooms and lounge. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with the master bedroom benefiting from patio doors leading onto a small balcony. The lounge includes a TV, satellite, DVD player and a mini hifi system with an USB plug for your MP3 player. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside there is a patio area with table, chairs and a parasol. A gas barbecue is provided for cooking in the lovely warm evenings. There's also the private pool and 4 sun loungers to get that all important tan.

Pernera is a peaceful town on the East coast of Cyprus, which has developed into a mini resort all of its own, with a fantastic horseshoe shaped beach and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Pernera is the ideal resort for families and couples with many lively bars and restaurants, serving food from around the world from traditional Cyprus mezes to Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian to name a few. It has all necessary amenities so a car isn't a necessity. A variety of water sports and boat trips are available from the beach and fishing harbour. A small family water park is on the outskirts of Pernera. Protaras is next to Pernera and offers some 300+ bars, restaurants and shops, Fig Tree Bay, which stretches for over 10 miles of sandy beaches, the Magic Dancing Waters show and 2 mini-golf parks. For those wishing to pick up the pace, the lively resort of Ayia Napa is a short 10 min drive away and is home to the largest themed water park in Europe. Bus/taxis available.

Price includes - Welcome pack on arrival - Bed linen and towels (excludes beach towels) - Change of bed linen/towels and a bathroom clean on a 2 week rental - Cleaning after departure - all electricity costs. Some villas charge extra for these, so check when comparing prices.
A 10% discount is given for 2 week rentals.
Long term winter/spring rentals welcome at reduced rates, please contact us with your requirements.

Flexible on arrival days, please contact us with your requirements. The villa available for occupancy by 3pm on the arrival date and needs to be vacated by 11am on departure date.
A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Additionally a separate security deposit cheque for £150 (refundable) to cover any breakages will be required along with payment of the balance.
This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
