Truly luxurious 4 bedroom villa set in its own garden with a private swimming pool. This gorgeous villa is set on the edge of the village of Falesia close the the 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort and near to all the local amenities. The beach is just a pleasant 15 minute walk away. The villa is spread over 3 floors offering very spacious accommodation and plenty of space. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and has all the home comforts you could require on a self catering holiday. The property is air conditioned. The outside space has a lovely grassed area surrounding your own private pool with lots of sunbeds and seating. There is a large brick built BBQ on the patio area.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1500 Metres
Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Falesia, the villa is ideally located for all the local amenities. In the centre of the village only a couple of minutes walk away you are met with a variety of excellent restaurants offering a wide selection of cuisine from 'Cheap and Cheerful' to 5* establishments. Only a short walk from the villa is the 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort set on the stunning Falesia Beach. There is a small local supermarket only a short walk away which caters for all your needs - fresh bread, meat and fish along with all your everyday shopping. The beach is a pleasant 15 minute walk away and there are many other beaches within easy reach from here. The buzzing resort of Albuferia is 15 minutes away by car as is the luxury marina at Villamora. You are ideally situated here for the many championship golf courses - the nearest being at Pine Cliffs.

We have a cot for an infant which can be hired at a small additional cost and an additional foldaway bed that would be suitable for a child.

There is also a docking station for MP3 players or IPods. We offer as standard a twice weekly maid service at which time your towels will be changed. Our management company are English speaking and are based in the village so are on hand should you have any problems.
