Penthouse 80 has panoramic views of York including York Minster and Clifford's Tower; Apartment 53 has a south-west facing balcony with views over the roof tops of York. Both enjoy an English Tourist Board 5 star rating and were finalists in the Tourism White Rose Awards. Centrally located on south bank of the River Ouse with the city centre less than a 10 minute walk; York railway station and race course are also within walking distance (approx 15 minutes). There is also reserved, on- site parking for each apartment. Both apartments comprise one bedroom, bathroom with bath and power shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/Video/CD free broadband access, and kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. Towels, bedding, dressing gown etc. is provided - much like a five star hotel! There is also a travel cot and bedding available for one child under two years' of age. For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets policy.

Apartment 53 is a luxury one-bedroom apartment having a light and sunny aspect with views of Clifford’s Tower, the River Ouse and the City Walls. The Apartment has a south-west facing balcony featuring a cityscape roof-top view. The Apartment enjoys an English Tourist Board 5 star rating. Decorated to a high standard in neutral tones, the Apartment features a recently fitted new kitchen and bathroom and features panoramic photographs of York. The accommodation comprises one bedroom with 4’6” bed, bathroom with bath and power shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/Video/CD and broadband access, and a well-equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. And of course, there is no need to bring towels, bedding, dressing gown etc, all is provided - much like a five star hotel including Tempur pillows! There is a travel cot and bedding available for one child under two years' of age. For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets.

In York you are a short walk to the shops as well as Clifford's Tower, York Minster, The Shambles and the museums including the National Railway Museum; a 20 minute drive to Castle Howard (of Brideshead Revisited fame); a 45 minute drive to Riveaulx Abbey, Helmsley or Pickering where you can take a steam train ride through the moors to Goathland (the location used for 'Heartbeat').

We stayed at this lovely apartment for four days in December. It is very clean and comfortable with absolutely everything you might need. The apartment is very light and modern with views over the river.
Five to ten minutes walk takes you right into the centre of York and all its attractions.
We hope to return and would definitely recommend this apartment.
