This is a beautiful, modern, extremely well appointed property, situated in a quiet residential area in Costeres, Calpe. The main house is the whole of the upper floor with the master bedroom on the ground floor and a separate apartment on the ground floor. Only a 10-15 min walk to Levante beach. 4-5 min drive into Calpe main town. There are two main beaches in Calpe, one either side of the famous land mark Penon Ifach (Calpe Rock). Lined by bars and restaurants of every type of cuisine. Smaller coves are situated farther along the coast. Only 25 minutes away are all the parks and attractions of Benidorm - Aqualandia (Water Park) & Terra Mitica (Theme Park).

Calpe boasts two superb blue flag beaches. There are many local bars and restaurants offering many different cuisines, and cosmopolitan shops offering many branded goods. Calpe has a working fishing port with many fish restaurants, next to the famous Penon de Ifach, which is a nature reserve and can be climbed to witness the superb views of the coast. There is a nine hole golf course in Calpe, and a new 18 hole course in La Marina about 15 min drive away. Calpe can be accessed via Alicante airport which is 45 min drive, or Valencia, one hour 15min drive. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea and Benissa. including the beautiful medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains. Family entertainment such as Terra Mitica theme park & Aqualandia water park in Benidorm only 20 min drive. Local activities: surfing ,tennis, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, jet-skiing, paragliding.

Boat trips (including glass bottom boat) Callosa d'ensarria famous for its waterfalls and growing area of nisperos (fruit) must be tried. Only 20 mins away.
