Our Viila is situated at Aviana Resort, Orlando, Florida which is a tropical 46 acre paradise and is just 12 minutes to Central Florida's main attraction, Walt Disney World. This luxury resort in Orlando, Florida has become one of the leading resorts of the Orlando area. Our Villa is just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and offers easy access to Orlando’s famous attractions. Driving Directions from Orlando airports: Take I-4 west to exit 58 (the Reunion/Champions Gate exit) and make a left turn. Go to Hwy 17 - 92 and turn right. Follow this a few miles to Aviana on the right. Turn in on Hart Road to the entrance of Aviana Resort.

    Stays of 8 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of £45.
    No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.

Games Room The villa boasts a fully equipped games room complete with a seven foot pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table foosball. A large ceiling fan for additional cool air. BABY PACKAGE Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. It includes travel cot, high chair and stroller.
