Mountain Vista : Luxury 4 bedroom air-conditioned apt. in Jávea port + pool
This spacious, second floor apartment - 'Mountain Vista' - is within walking distance of the beach and Jávea's port/yacht marina (approx.5 mins.) also local shops and restaurants. The sandy beach and promenade at Arenal is a 20 min. walk, a quick car ride, or by a small train (on the road) which operates from the port area to Arenal. The port beach is at less than 1km. The dramatic views from the front of the apartment are of Jávea's mountain, Montgó; the balconies at the back overlook the swimming pool & garden area. The apartment sleeps eight people in four bedrooms - two with double beds (these rooms have their own bathrooms) and two with two single beds in each. There is a third bathroom as well as an additional shower room with toilet and washbasin. All linen is provided. There is a lift up to the apartment. The swimming pool has a grassed sunbathing area, shower & toilet facilities approached through a gated entrance for which a key is provided. There is a lift to the apt.

Water, gas, electricity & central heating are included. The air-conditioning is meter-read and charged at cost. Deposit is approx. one third on signature of rental agreement; balance falls due 6 weeks before arrival. There is a returnable duration-based security deposit (£300-500 per apt.) payable with the rental balance. Long term winter lets can be negotiated. Linen (incl. sheets, tea towels, bath towels & bath mats etc.) is supplied and changed weekly and for which a nominal. laundry charge of Euros 8.00 pp/per week is made as well as a single contribution to final cleaning of €80.00.

Parking is available in front of the apartment building or in the vicinity around the building. There is a lift on the ground floor. The building has only three floors. CAR HIRE : Very special competitive car-hire rates (recently further reduced) are available to us via the region's No.1 Company whose HQ is in Jávea. Please ask for tariffs before booking elsewhere (assistance with hire car problems is only given to those who book through us).

| Notes: | Double doors lead from the kitchen to the spacious living area which comprises dining table with seating for eight, and sitting area which includes television (CNN and Euro sport as well as DVD and video). Cd's can be played through the television. Doors lead from the living area to the balcony – there is a table and chairs on the balcony. There are two sun blinds; one is operated manually outside, and one is electric – the switch is inside, behind curtains by balcony doors. The large kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, large refrigerator. Cooking utensils, pans etc, crockery and cutlery also provided. There is also a utility room with washing machine (with built in drying facility), iron & ironing board, large cooler, space for storage. The extra toilet/shower room is in this utility area. All bedlinen and bathroom towels are provided but swimming towels are not provided. |

Jávea is the gem of the Costa Blanca. The apartment is set high-class gardens with mountain views and close to the yacht marina and port of Jávea. There is easy access on foot to shops, beaches, sporting facilities and restaurants (listing provided - we have 6 Michelin stars in the immediate area) and the apartments enjoy a peaceful location in spite of being so close to all services. A car is recommended in order to profit from visiting the surrounding areas (and golf - see below !) but be aware that taxis from the airports are over 100 Euros (one way) so that a hire car is cheaper by far.
Golf details
We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 8 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 65). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) there is an excellent course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) and, south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing (website on request).
