This lovely spacious and air-conditioned 2nd floor 2/3 bedroom apartment (no lift) is in a great central location and has a truly welcoming feel. On entry through the large wooden front door you have a hallway that runs through the apartment with ornate Niçois floor tiles. On your right is a large high-ceilinged living room - very tastefully decorated - with 2 sofas, comfy armchair and south facing balcony. There is a large flat screen TV (with French cable channels plus BBC world and Sky news etc) DVDs, CD Hifi and free WiFi Internet access. The master bedroom has a kingsize (very comfortable double bed) - with access onto a sunny rear balcony. The large second bedroom leads off from the living room and has 2 single beds and a mezzanine above with a double bed. Even more flexible sleeping arrangements are provided by the single sofa bed in the study/3rd bedroom and the double sofa-bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room with double sinks.
