Once the completed booking form and £300/$500 deposit is received we will forward on a receipt. The deposit secures the home in your name.
  Six to eight weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance. Also £300/$500 security deposit is payable with the final balance which will be returned within two weeks subject to our terms and conditions which can be found by going to our website.

The Windsor Hills resort and spa is an exclusive development of exclusive 3,4,5 and 6 bedroom Disney Vacation Rentals, and 3 and 4 bedroom vacation Town homes, surrounding a fully featured club house and lake, with many amenities for guests to enjoy. A clubhouse with a gymnasium, Floodlit tennis courts, An Olympic size heated community pool with shoots, Basketball courts, billiard room, Children’s playground, A luxury fifty-seat cinema, Large outdoor chessboard.

Vacation Home Booking Procedure

Email, phone or fax with your required dates. We reply with a quotation. If you want to book that price always stays the same. We then either post or email a booking form which ever you prefer. Once the completed booking form and £300/$500 deposit is received we will email confirmation. The deposit secures the home in your name. Six to eight weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance. Also £300/$500 security deposit is payable with the final balance we then forward on a receipt. When the final balance is cleared, we will send you directions to the home and other useful information that you will need. Lock box number for the Key. Our management’s company phone number. In the home is a manual with most things that you need to know. Two weeks after your return your security deposit is returned if no problems reported from our management company.
