This is a brand new high quality apartment in a quiet security gated 160 apartment complex on the Black Sea coast just yards from the beach. The complex consists of a large swimming pool, seperate childs pool, Jacuzzi, play ground, tennis court, football area, cafe/ restaurant with bar, use of sun lounges & all year round security. Suitable for families & couples. This is a quiet complex that benefits from being near the night life & attractions of Sunny Beach and the must see Ancient historic town of Nessebar if required. There is an English speaking onsite complex manager to help with all your Holiday needs. The complex is only 25km from Bourgas airport which is 15-20 mins drive.

Ravda is a small village situated 5 km south from Nessebar and Sunny Beach. There's plenty to do here in the evenings and nights too. Bars, restaurants, discos or you can hire a taxi or go by bus to the nearby resorts of Nessebar and Sunny Beach, offering good night life and fun. Ravda also offer good water sports facilities. Nessebar in the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere: narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, two-storeyed period houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets and external staircases, gift shops, pubs, tavern and lovely flower gardens.

Airport taxis can be arranged for around 45 Levs. Car hire is available from the complex and there is a secure car park.

A superb place with an apartment equipped to the highest standard. The complex is child friendly with great facilities, close to a clean sandy beach with safe bathing. Nearby Nessebar excellent for shopping, restaurants and historical buildings. Something for everyone with wild life area and water park all within a few kilometers from Ravada. Nice climate, friendly people and cost of living very cheap. Would definitely come again.
