Villa Sol is situated in the exclusive Los Majones of Peurto del Carmen Lanzarote, only 15 minute drive from the Arrecife Airport. It is approximately 15 minutes stroll to the old town of Peurto del Carmen, with its harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is bright and spacious and furnished to a high standard. On entering the Villa you come through the hall into the living area which consists of a living room and dining area with high ceilings equiped with fans. There are wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the Pool and Patio area. The Villa has a separate kitchen with dining area which is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils. Off the kitchen there is a TV Room with Sliding Doors out to the Pool. Five Bedrooms: Two Double Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with ensuite. Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. Situated towards the south of Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen is by far the liveliest resort on the island. Its main beach Playa Grande is sometimes referred to as Playa Blanca - not to be confused with the resort of the same name further south! Its gently shelving golden sands make it suitable for swimming and it has won the coveted Blue Flag for cleanliness and hygiene. Running alongside is the Avenida de las Playas, which has a pleasant flower-adorned walkway on one side and a host of bars, shops and restaurants on the other. The Avenida continues all the way along the coast to Los Pocillos and Matagorda, giving visitors ready access to other beaches in the area.
