A great Pacific Ocean retreat in the Nosara Project, located in the Western Province of Guanacaste, beautiful Costa Rica. When you want to truly relax and slow the pace down to a sultry smooth vacation, safe, stress free, friendly, economical and memorable - come to Villas Canadiense. You will build the memories of a lifetime. We came, we enjoyed, we fell in love and you will also - your escape to the sun. Only 4 units in this peaceful villa retreat. Our villa has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double pullout futon couch in the living room area. The bedroom has an air-conditioning unit while the living area and private patio have ceiling fans. Complete with cleaning staff, white tiled surfaces, full kitchen, beautiful pool, incredible garden, and a Ranchito with a barbeque for guests to use and enjoy. Our villa is only 200 yards from the ocean and sandy beach, Playa Guiones. There is no lodging right on the beach as it is designated National Reserve land.

Our villa is spacious, has vaulted ceilings, local teak furniture, clean white tiled floors and surfaces and has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our villa has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and air conditioning unit. The living area has a futon couch and chair that can be made into beds as well. A maximum of 4 adults can stay in the villa. The common area outside includes a beautiful pool, ranchito for cover from the hot afternoon sun, a bbq, garden to walk though, and jungle behind the property for privacy and natural wildlife to inhabit. Many times you will hear and see the howler monkeys travel through the area, iguanas, pisotes, and other animals. Villas Canadiense is only 200 yards to the beach! We are about as close as you can get to being on the beach. There is no construction permitted on this beach, Playa Guiones, as it is designated National Reserve land.

Villas Canadiense is located on the Pacific Ocean on the West coast of Costa Rica in the Nosara Project in the Nicoya District of Guanacaste Province. We are about 6 hours drive West from San Jose, about 2 hours drive South from Liberia (international airport on West Coast) and 1.5 hour drive Southwest from Nicoya (largest town on the peninsula). Our villa is located only yards from Playas Guiones - a long, gently curving sand beach. We are approximately in the center of the beach. The North and South ends of the beach feature rocky points of land, separating Playas Guiones from the next beaches. Between our place and the beach, there is a narrow wildlife preserve. No one is actually allowed to build right on the beach. To reach the beach, you merely walk 200 steps down a trail through the trees to the warm sand looking over the Pacific Ocean. Within a 10 min walk: groceries, bakery, light shopping, car rentals, adventure tours, activies, fabulous restaurants & bank.
