Villa Flora on Indian Creek is a well maintained luxury villa with 4 bedrooms (two en suite) and a further bathroom. It is an ideal place to relax after a busy day at any of the local Disney parks. The private pool and spa are heated and self cleaning and overlook the delightful conservation area with it's tropical fauna and flora. Relax in comfort and safety under the screened pool and deck area, day or night on padded sun loungers, chairs and stools. Pool towels provided. Enjoy breakfast in the lanai which overlooks the pool and deck. Fully equipped kitchen and utility for your home from home vacation, to make self catering as easy as possible. Air conditioned, up to date fire regulations, and security system and private safe for your valuable items. Bedrooms fitted with TVs, DVDs, VCR and PlayStation. Lounge has large TV and music centre. All rooms have ceiling fans. The double garage contains the washing machine, dryer and washing line for all your washing needs.

Indian Creek is a quiet residential area with communal facilities including, tennis court, basket ball court, putting green, football pitch, two children's play areas and paths around the two lakes, for walking or jogging. Located 1 mile south of Highway 192 west on Sandhill Road and just minutes away from Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios. Downtown Disney with night life, Cirque de Soleil ,and a 24 Multi-Flex movie theatre. Other parks such as Sea World and Universal Studios are within 15 minutes drive. If you want to travel further visit Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the Coast. Formosa Gardens is the nearest centre for shopping (supermarket) and 7 restaurants catering for all tastes and many more restaurants and bars on the 192. If shopping is your choice then visit the many designer shops and outlets and major supermarkets within easy distance. Six fantastic golf courses within six miles of our villa some of championship standard.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Rate includes all taxes,spa heat and cleaning. £50 cleaning fee charged if less than one weeks stay. Pool heat is normally required from October through to April if used will be charged at £10 per day (spa heat is always included in rental and is seperate from pool heat).
    Deposit of £100 is required at booking and we regret that we cannot secure any dates until a deposit and booking form is received. Balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation.
    4 to 5 weeks before arrival there will be a £75 cancellation charge,
    less than 3 weeks prior to arrival £100,
    less than one week prior to arrival, 50% of rental amount.
    It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance.
  • A refundable security deposit of £100 is required, please send separate cheque for £100 payable to owners which will be returned following final inspection by our management company 10 days after departure.
    Please check the property inventory on arrival, report any damaged items to the management company within 24 hours of arrival. If damage or loss exceed £100 guests understand they will be billed for any shortfall. If the key is not returned a fee of £25 will be deducted.
  • Check in time is after 3pm on first day.
    Check out time is before 11am on departure day, flexible by arrangement if no-one is arriving that day.
    Any unauthorised occupancy of persons not named on the booking form will be asked to leave by the management company.
    Our local management company will help with your arrival and give any information you require.
    We regret pets are not allowed in our villa
    For all our guests convenience and comfort, smoking is not allowed in the villa.

Owners and management do not accept any responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property which guests may leave in the villa.
