The apartment is an end of terrace duplex apartment well furnished with all the comforts of home for up to 5 people with 2 bathrooms. It has a large private rooftop solarium which receives sun all day long and has great sea views. At the front of the property the balcony is ideal for casual dining or relaxing as it overlooks the local estate with green area and Basketball court/ play area opposite and also has sea views. To the rear of the property is a very large communal garden area with two full sized pools for guests use. The apartment offers a range of English digital TV channels including UK terrestrial, children films, sport and lifestyle channels. There is a DVD, with a selection of films and TV shows, and a game cube console with a couple of games. There are Ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom and air-conditioning that provides both cooling and heating. A car is handy, but not necessary as you can walk to most amenities.

The apartment is located near the front of the La Cinuelica complex which is a few minutes walk from the main N332, the main road which runs from Alicante in the north, to Cartagena in the south. The closest town, Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive along this road, or there are plenty of local buses. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish sea side town with lovely beaches, a large marina / port, many cafes, bars, restaurants and famous street markets. There are five large supermarkets, numerous banks, shops and many friendly pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are several beaches within a 15-20 minute walk or other beaches just a short drive from the house. The nearest beaches are Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The apartment is also ideally situated for golfers, being only a 15 minute drive from the many championship courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The world famous La Manga Golf club is only 40 minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We offer discounts for lets of 4 weeks or over, please enquire. The Hosts (who live on the same estate) will meet you at the property and give you the keys and explain the ins and outs of the apartment, and how things operate. The hosts will be available to give you assistance if you need it during your stay. If you arrive or depart after 20:00 they will charge a fee of 15 Euro's to meet you at the apartment. They will also require a cleaning fee of 45 Euros per week to clean the apartment,(for up to 4 persons, additional people are charged 5 Euros each) after you leave, and a security deposit of 75 euros, paid up front, that will be returned before you leave if all is OK.

    We also have a card based electricity meter. This works on inserting cards (available from the host. We normally ensure the meter has 10 Euros on arrival and you may purchase additional cards from the host should you require them. (note: not winter period or rentals leass than 1 week)
  • The hosts will provide an Airport pick-up and drop-off service for 40 Euros (each way) for Murcia airport and 45 (each way for Alicante airport if you require it. (This will take a party of 5, any more and we can arrange a mini-bus which costs from 50 Euro;s) The hosts also offer a 'welcome Pack' of essential groceries for 15 Euro's
    Electricity cards are available from the host for 10 Euros each.
    Note:
    Additional cards should only be required if you use the Air-Conditioning extensively, or there are a high number of guests using hot water or other electrical appliances.
  • Changeover:
    On arrival days, The apartment will be available after 14:00, and on departure that apartment should be vacated by 10:00. (Note: this is just to give hosts time to clean the apartment and change and wash the bed linen and towels. By arrangement you can leave your luggage in the apartment, and if there is no incoming guests you may arrange a later departure, or if there are no outgoing guests you can arrange to move into the apartment earlier.

Notes: The apartment is fully air conditioned and can sleep 7, (Note:this is to support a family with children, for adults it would be comfortable with 4, and maximum of 6 ) and if you like outdoor living there is a portable beds that we use to sleep on the roof terrace. We also have a fold-up cot that can be used for younger children. The TV has a satellite receiver that has many channels, but we watch mainly the English ones, of which there are about 19-20 (plenty to keep you occupied.) including the normal UK terrestrial channels, plus a couple for children, some movie channels and some sports. Of course you will be two busy down the beaches or out dining to watch it. There are Ceiling fans in each room. Right opposite the apartment is a small park, (bit bare at present, we are hoping the council are going to plant some trees) and a basketball/ football court for kids of all ages to use. The communal gardens are large and nice to walk through, with two large swimming pools.

Myself and girlfriend have just spent two weeks at this apartment. In the second week my brother and his partner came to join us.

The apartment was very well equipped, we had mosquito candles, too lilos. We had everything we could have dreamed of for going to the beach, foot pump, lilos, boats, parosols, pulliing cart, bats and balls. everything. Upon arrival at the apartment we had thought of having to need everything suncream, washing powder, water. But no, all this was already there. In the apartment the electronics of the dvd/gamecube/tv need connecting to the users preference. The dvds mainly consist of back to the future, probably half the dvds are of this, so genre of dvds is very lacking..

There is a couple of disagreements I have with the information, mainly the beach is NOT 500 meters away. nowhere near. Your looking near on a mile to the local beach and considerable distance further for others. In addition to this is the page says 10 euro is plenty for a week comfortably, maybe in dead of winter but in summer, to live reasonably you need 20 if not 30. This is mainly due to it becoming so hot at night that air con is a must especially if you have small children.

The local supermarket is indeed local, very handy and good priced. A short walk further 5 mins, is a bigger supermarket with many places to eat. Chinease, italian, english, all reasonably priced.

The night time entertainment is lacking in punta prima, for any sort of entertainment one must travel to torrevieja 10 min drivee about 10 euro for a taxi.

The water park in torrevieja is very good, however it is indeed pricy, they often do deals 7 euros if you return within a week, free entry for the next day. Go karting is another option which is about 15 mins walk from the apartment. Both good fun, in torrevieja there is also a water play ground, by this i mean inflatable seasaws, trampline, climbing equipment and wall in the sea. This is good fun even for us 20 year olds. Not advisable for small children however.

In conclusion, the apartment is extremely well equiped, the area is quiet and the weather there was extremely hot (in july) the hostess was nice and gave the deposit back without any fuss :) trustworthy people here. Car is essential if your a "doing person" otherwise you can easily pass a week away in the pool which had a life guard, and on the sun terrace.

Great Time Had By All

Just returned on 28th May from our 10 day stay at Cassa-Julip we had a great time, the apartment catered for all our needs and although the area is mainly residential it is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace is excellent for sunbathing and is very private, The complex has two great pools which most of the time we had to ourselves. There are plenty of places to eat for a reasonable price, so won't break the bank and should you want to eat in there a two large supermarkets nearby. I would recommend getting a car as it lets you explore the surrounding area's. All in all this is a great apartment in a great location.

An excellent holiday. The apartment had everything you could need and much more.

The whole experience from booking, travelling and throughout was effortless. would definatley recommend!!

The roof terrace in particular was fantastic.

Very nice place to stay, good apartment ,all you need to have a relax holiday is in the apartment. The roofterrace is excellent especially in the morning to see the sunset. We´ll advice a car its easy and there is a lot to see in the area.
