3 Bedroom Updated Canyon Country Club House with Pool, Spa, Lanai and Mountain
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home located in the Prestigious Canyon Country Club community in South Palm Springs. The house sits on a very large lot (nearly 1/2 acre) and features 2,600 sq ft of interior space with walls of glass opening to mountain views in all directions. The property also features a large heated POOL with SPA, covered outdoor dining area, misting system and so much more.
The master suite, like the rest of the property, was completely remodeled and professionally decorated in 2007. The bedroom has a California King bed, ceiling fan, tile floor, 32" TV, DVD player, large closet with 50-shoe built-in shoe rack and sliding glass doors to the backyard, pool, spa and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanity with designer sinks and hardware, a skylight, and a stone and glass shower next to a stone and glass-brick bathtub.
The second master suite features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, tile floor, TV and glass doors to a spacious courtyard with mountain view & bubbling fountain that fills the entire home with soothing sounds. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub.
The third bedroom/den has two twin beds, a desk, office chair, ceiling fan and door to the front courtyard patio.
One of the first things that struck me about this house is that the two indoor and one outdoor dining areas are all adjacent to each other and the kitchen…Very convenient when entertaining. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast room with café table for four. Outside of the breakfast room’s sliding glass doors is a lanai for six (BBQ included). Back inside the house and adjacent to the breakfast room is the formal dining room which seats four.
The kitchen is a beautiful work of functional art starting with granite slab countertops, designer lighting fixtures and rich wood cabinetry and built-in wine rack. High-end appliances, garbage disposal, icemaker, filtered water, oversized pantry, instant hot water and everything you need to prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal complete the room.
A slanted wood ceiling, hovering ceiling fan, tile floors and walls of glass opening to the beautifully landscaped yard and pool make the living room a soothing place to relax. The curvaceous sofa and matching chairs invite you to enjoy the living room’s iPod-compatible CD stereo with built-in speakers, gas fireplace & wall-mounted TV.
Outside you will experience complete privacy as the home is surrounded by a privacy wall. The professionally landscaped backyard has a pool, spa, misting system, four lounge chairs, outdoor speakers, trellis, ample seating, BBQ, lanai, palm trees and mountain views in all directions.
