This delightful two-bedroom house enjoys a privileged position in El Capistrano Village, close to the communal pools, shop and restaurant. It has its own private walled garden and a fully glazed sun terrace, meaning you can enjoy the Spanish sunshine in winter or summer. With car parking just outside and the accommodation all on one level, it also makes it ideal for families with young children or for the elderly. The villa comprises of a master bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room, a second twin bedroom, and a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The spacious living area has satellite TV and leads onto a conservatory-style sun terrace and dining area - allowing you to enjoy the sun and the views across Capistrano village towards the sea whilst dining or relaxing with a glass of wine. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Outside there is a patio and private garden, with BBQ area.

The coastal town of Nerja is one of the unspoilt jewels of the Costa del Sol. Nerja has remained strong to its rural past and hasn’t lost its Andalucian traditions: there are NO high-rise apartment complexes here. Instead you will find many pueblo style developments, offering a taste of real Spanish life. A visit to El Capistrano provides a unique and very special opportunity to experience living in a traditionally designed Spanish village house, in a traditional village environment, but with every modern convenience, close proximity to town and beach and so on. The development is situated on a hillside with views of the sea in one direction, and stunning views of the mountains in the other. We think that it is one of the loveliest spots that we have ever seen, and that a week here is an experience that you will never forget. On site are swimming pools (including a safe children's pool), bars, a café and restaurant, and supermarket.
