Our new building Hipocampos (finished in 2005) is situated on the beach of Calpe (Levante beach). Here we rent out self-catering apartments with one or two bedrooms. All the apartments have a very nice and modern decoration and they are all equipped with air-conditioning and heating, included in the rental price. All the apartments have a large terrace with views to the sea! The 1-bedroomed apartments have one bedroom with two beds, a complete bathroom with bath, a very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, micro-wave, vitro, oven), a very nice and colorful living room with sofa-bed for 2 children (or one adult) and a very large terrace with sunlounges. The 2-bedroomed apartments have two bedrooms (one with 2 beds, one with a double bed), a complete bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower on suite, very well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed and a terrace with views to the sea. The building disposes of an outdoor-swimming pool and a heated swimming pool with Spa!

Modern apartment with one bedroom: the bedroom has 2 single beds with access to the terrace and a complete bathroom with bath. The American kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, micro-wave, electric coffee-machine, toaster, vitro ceramics and kettle. The living room gives access to the very large terrace and has a very nice and colorful decoration with bed-sofa, satellite-TV (sky-box available on request with basic card or you can bring your own box with card and just plug it in!). The apartment disposes of a very large terrace with views to the sea! Ideal for winter rentals (special prices for 1, 2, or more months between November and April!)

You can use as well the heated indoor swimming pool with Spa from 9.30h-19.00h from October until the May (for exact dates, please consult). Pets are only allowed after consulting and paying an extra caution. The air-conditioning in the apartment is cold and warm and it is included in the price. Weekly change of sheets and towels. There is sun during almost the whole year so this is ideal for all types of sports!
