This enchanting ancient farmstead is blessed with truly sensational views in all directions: from the towers of San Gimignano to the rolling hills with vineyards and olive groves. The property itself is as spellbinding as the location. The oldest part of the building is the tower which houses now a 1bdrm flat. The charming owners are directly involved in the smooth running of the property and work at their winery nearby.A welcome hamper with some provides is just some of the touches which make guests feel so welcome.On request they provide tasty meals by their private chef. 5 brms with ensuite baths(3dbls:2with tub and 1with shower; 2 twin/dbls bdrms with shower). Ground floor is airy and spacious with large country style kitchen. A twin/dbl bdrm with ensuite tub.A laundry room, studio, shower and toilet, dining room, living room with fireplace,sat TV,double sofa bed.On first floor the 5bdrms,large billiard room. The Tower apt is independent with great views, has 1dbl bdrm shower tub.

Telephone and Internet access (slow line only)with guests' laptop are available for 10Euros fix weekly charge plus the cost of telephone calls and internet usage. Pool towels hire.
