Children's Club:
The Children's Club is held at Santo Stefano between 11 July and 30 August and is held a minimum of 3 mornings per week. The Club offers educational activities as well as periods of play (including fun team games and activities where children can get to know each other and make new friends). The educational activities include learning about the estate of Santo Stefano and its history, archaeology, local nature and farm animals. Visits can be arranged to local places of interest for both children and their parents, such as old castles with wineries, olive oil mills and local museums. (The Children’s Club is provided on a gratis basis and the only likely costs are for entrance fees to museums etc).
Additional Services:
* Concierge Services – the reception area at Fattoria Santo Stefano offers a full range of Concierge Services that range from restaurant reservations to booking local tennis courts, and from visits to local vineyards to guided tours of the local region.
* Additional maid service – can be arranged at an additional cost which should be paid for locally.
* Services for Children - if you have young children travelling in your party and have not advised us at the time of booking, we can arrange for the hire of the following items:
Cots - with linen (but not blanket or coverlet) - €20 per week. High Chairs - € 20 per week. Baby bath - €20 per week.
Catering Services:
* Services of a Cook – a local cook can be arranged as required for one or more meals. If you would like sample menus and associated costs please let us know.
* Pre-ordering of food for your arrival – if you are going to be arriving late at Fattoria Santo Stefano, or would simply like to have the fridge stocked for your arrival, we will send you a shopping list, by e-mail, a month before your departure from which you can order the provisions that you would like purchased for you. You pay locally for the cost of the items that are purchased plus a small handling charge.
* Bread Delivery Service – there is nothing better than having fresh bread delivered first thing in the morning and this can be arranged for your stay at Fattoria Santo Stefano.
* Trattoria Take-Away Service – the management of Santo Stefano have an arrangement with one of the most popular local Trattorie for a take-away service. You can place your order and they will prepare the meal for you to collect.
Golf:
The nearest golf course is at Castelfalfi with 18 holes, just 30 minutes drive away.
Other Activities:
Wine tasting, Olive tasting, Truffle hunting, Fossil hunting, Ballooning, Sightseeing.
