A stylish, spacious villa built in 1000 square meters of gardens, with its own swimming pool and BBQ area, that enjoys great views to the surrounding countryside & the White Mountains. Available for winter or summer holidays, our villa will offer complete relaxation in the outskirts of a lovely Cretan village, Armeni, 3 Kms from Kalives beach or 7 Kms from Almirida beach. On the ground floor there is a large seating / dinning area, with fireplace, & large veranda that overlooks the countryside & pool. The Kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge, cooker, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster µwave. There is a WC on this floor for convenience of guests/visitors. There are three bedrooms, one double,two twin , and two bathrooms, one of which has hydro massage bath. Large veranda.The villa is fully air-conditioned.Private gardens and parking.

Armeni village is very near Kalives(3km) and Almirida(6kms)where there are excellent beaches(sandy) with great seafood and local tavernas,watersport facilitiesand shops.Many countryside walks are available by the villa and surrounding villages,famous for orange and avocado produce.Largest nearest towns are Hania(25kms)with its lovely Venetian town and harbour and Rethymnon(35kms),both with a lot of attractions for adults and children.Waterpark Limnoupolis is half hour drive from the villa.Peace and quiet at your villa location, but handy to access several walks or drives make this villa very convenient. Organized walks,excursions by coach, boat or helicopter, available from Kalives and Almirida. Owners are also typical Cretan and will treat their guests with excellent service and local hospitality!
